Creepy ain't it
Its Dokuro with part of his mask off. So you can now see what he truely looks like underneath. The reason his head is purple is because since it was covered with the mask it was protected from drying up(his skin is dry so its gray).....Makes ya wonder, How the hell can Heaven(his saiyan girlfriend) love a monster like that?!
